another cornbeef salad. no dressing because I mixed it with a lil black pepper homemade ketchup and mayo. very yum and crunchy

another pound down.. wow, I was convinced I was messing up because of all the bloat. this week I'm lay off the nuts as much as possible. found this keto cutting macro guide which I am gonna adopt on the weekdays. LCMF with a protein goal which is fairly high (130g/day).
still haven't went walking 🤦🏽♀️🚶🏾♀️ ugh.. but my steps are up a bit.

tried microwaved egg protein custard today. gonna tweak it some.. maybe try addid a bit of psyllium and see how it turns out. also added cream cheese after.
