Really pleased can see some changes to my shape and so can other people. would like to get some regular exercise started but start work real early and I live up in the ranges so its not practical to walk before work. Get home quite late and am usually tired. Thought about hiring a treadmill, any ideas anyone? I cant be the only one with long working days.

Yes well thats what happens when you fall from grace. I am still not drinking enough and I think I need to get some more exercise in.
On a good note bought some new jeans at the weekend ONE SIZE SMALLER!! at the start I was contemplating buying a size up cos I was bursting out of the size 16s and now am sitting pretty in the 14s.

Oooops. Mothers day and friends last day staying with us before moving to her own house. 2 celebrations in one weekend and lots of naughties. Bucks fizz with breakfast and a slice of toast, and potatoes and dessert on saturday evening and many others that I neednt list. I think the damage is over 2lbs but am back on the wagon this morning. Not sure if it was worth it cos I could take me over a week to claim the progress back.

Well! I was 180.6 lbs on the day I started Atkins and am now half a pound away from losing a stone (14lbs0. Dont mind saying that I am feeling pretty pleased with myself even though its only been around a pound a week and not really dramatic. I bought some jeans just before I started and they are now baggy and too big and I wore a suit to work today that I havnt worn for nearly 2 years. Still got a way to go if I am going to look buff on the beach for the fiji holiday in September, but I am trying to keep on track.
