Amazingly enough i have stayed consistant! I have been continuing to work out at least 3-4 times a week and that has helped with my poor eating. It is just hard when you are away and having fun to eat right!

I havent been following the south beach diet very well but on the bright side I have been working out every day or at least every other day! I feel great and i know that the weight is muscle!

So i was not so good at dinner! But taco's are my fav! I can't ever just have 1, granted i should have stopped @ 2 but 3 was my magic number tonight! Oh well tomarrow is another day!
