06 February 2012
went away to a lodge this weekend which was meals included and there was so little that I could eat!!!
Shattered!
Survived on the first day but the second when there was only tea, muffins and biscuits in the morning I was ravenous and screwed up.
Hoping that it only stalls me and doesn't stall me.
Off to the gym this morning to make-up for Sunday sins!

It's a small weight loss but a loss is still a loss, right?
Yay me!
Tummy been a bit squeemish recently but haven't felt that hungry.
Especially for sweets. (Which is usually my downfall.)
My hubby to be even offered me some m&m's last night and he even said "come on...you know you want one" - and I actually thought - "you know what? I don't!" (I would have felt awful later to think that I had undone my good behaviour.)

31 January 2012
today was my first real serious law-abiding induction day.
as a previous calorie counter is scares me to death that my calorie count is so high and fat percentage too.
I will cut down on cheese too.
My worst fear? It doesn't work and instead makes me gain!
Proud of myself for sticking to the rules REALLY for the first time though (although I'm sure I over-cheesed.)

Maybe I just don't want this enough. I thought I did but I do keep messing it up for myself.
The pressure is socializing.
And...no one will feel sorry for me but...I'm much smaller than my
friends and I can't IMAGINE the horrid glances I would get it I was to
say that I can't OVERINDULGE as I am watching my weight.
Anyway...today is a new day and a loss is a loss even if it is teeny tiny.
Time to own up to errors and fix accordingly.
