I had a delicious dinner (Dijon Chicken and Portabello) at Applebee's that was only 450 calories. What a treat! The only downfall though was that it was really high in sodium.

I'm finding sticking to 3 larger meals is less work and more enjoyable. It has also already shown results on the scale.

I'm switching to 3 meals a day with no snacking for simplicity and I heard that it gives your boday a chance to burn fat.

After gaining some weight, I've decided to restart my diet and go back to calorie counting. I am also going to limit snacking.

I was so hungry from a ton of biking I've been doing. I ate a little more than normal, but I kept it healthy.
