Well, today is day one of changing my diet again. Close to the end of February of this year, I drastically changed my diet to cut out soda and tea and went to try out the 80/10/10 lifestyle. I half-arsed it, but only ate one cooked meal and that was dinner and it was healthy, usually at Souplantation.

My Personal trainer told me to limit my kcals to just 1600 - 1800 /per day, and this is something I couldn't do with my current diet. Note I use the term diet as what I eat in general. Anyway, so since I was eating 2500 kcals a day, time to put this into overdrive. LOL!

So, it's now a low fat - high protein diet for me and is outlined in my diet section of my profile (i hope it's there) if anyone wants to look at it and/or give feedback. Day one: 2 xl eggs from Organic Valley with omega fats and two pieces of toast. Lunch is left over baked chicken with some pasta and about a cup of grapes. Dinner is...I don't know. lol. But so far so good.
