I ate a large baked potato with sour cream, no butter.
I had fish and a spinach salad with water to drink. Friday night
Disapointing weight gain, but started my cycle on Friday, so hope this is the reason.
Didn't do exercise today, spent many hours helping my daughter stay on task cleaning

Down .6 pounds
I walked for an hour about 2 miles last night on a new bike trail for me. A friend and I went and took an elderly lady in a wheel chair, along with my kids on bikes. The trail was curvy and hilly. We got extra exercise pushing and holding back the wheel chair and my four year old's bike. He has never ridden bikes on hills before and some were pretty steep for younger kids.
After the walk I had karate class. I wore the wrong shoes and had a blister starting on the ball of my foot, so karate barefoot running to warm - up was a painful challenge. The rest of class went well.
This morning I walked 1 mile in 21minutes improved yesterday's time by more than 5 minutes. My walking partner didn't show today.
When I got home I went to Curves and did a workout there. My husband didn't have to leave until 8:30 this morning, so I had extra time.
I've showered and am ready for the day except that aweful monthly visitor is here and I can tell I need MIDOL SOON!!!!!!!! Oh well, life goes on. Hopefully I'm retaining fliuds and the weight will really drop after the next two days.

Stayed the same.
Walked 2.4 miles slowly but steady pace with a friend pushing a wheelchair last night. We also hed my 4 yr. old with us.
This morning I walked faster, but not as fast as I want to work up (down in time) to walking. My walking partner this morning had on flip flop type sandals.
My goal is to get to 15 minute miles. Today was about 25 minutes. I'm out of shape.
