I am 41 year old female, that has gained all the weight back that I lost 6 years ago on weight watchers, 78 lbs total. I have been experiencing some health issues that could become problems if not dealt with. I have decided today is the best day to start my healthy plan. I am going to use my old weight watcher stuff, and learn more.
I also have two kids that need a healthier lifestyle, and healtier mom. My hubby lost a bunch of weight but needs to learn to be healthier. He lost his due to stress of being out of a job, not healthy eating and exercise.
