Starting up my personal diet, once again. This time though I'm going to make sure to stay on track. I've had yogurt and a very delicious salad today, so far so good. If I'm able to keep this up, along with my exercises, I should be ready for bikini season by the summer.

Kind of just let today be anything goes. All I can say is I'm full and happy. Might do some exercising before going to bed.
