Yesterday I ate like i have been eating and recorded everything. I now see that Starbucks is a HORRIBLE idea! Even s'mores have less fat than what I have been drinking. Who knew Iced nonfat white chocolate mochas would be 19grams of fat?!!! add 9 Grams of fat for 2 eggs in the morning and I have eaten 28grams of fat before 8am!

Find low fat breakfast options.
Find easy to make lunches so I stop grabbing whatever the kids have.
Find something to curve my sweet tooth craving.

The next 13 days will be focusing on changing my food habits and keeping track of everything I put in my body.

After that I have to decide on a work out plan. I want to build muscle and tone up. Thinking about running 3 days a week yoga twice a week and some light weights twice a week.Yoga can be my relax time. I liked yoga classes when I went. Just have to find a yoga program that works for me. Not very flexible so need a very basic beginners yoga. Maybe weights on my ankles when I am walking around the house during the day. Have to figure out when I can get my work outs in.

give me strength and will power because without those I will fail.
