just a heads up to everyone! i believe the easiest way to lose weight is to drink 2 bottles of water and to fruits or vegetables before every meal! it helps a lot because it helps fill you up and instead of eating more foods that are bad for you bad for you and also watch your portion control! oh another thing is just eat enough to satisfy you! meaning don't eat until your full because i believe that it takes 10-20 mins for your stomach to tell your brain that you are full!!! and i hope you guys follow these rules! it has helped me drop 3 pant sizes in 2months or less. but remeber everybody is different so its not done when its done! its done when you quit.

So excited first day of High School is tomorrow!!!!!!!1 i must ay that i look pretty darn good in my size 14 pants!(used to be a size 17) wish me luck!!!1 hopefully i dont get lost in the hallways!

Hello everyone! im toneah! im 13 and im overweight. i have succeed in lossing weight and i have actually droped pant sizes! but then things went down hill after easter, i stopped losing weight and i gave up on myself! but im back to getting to my goal of losing weight!! i could use all the support that i can get!
