On day twelve of eating a "whole foods, plant based" diet. Nothing processed, no added salt, sugar, or oils. Haven't had coffee either. I feel amazing! No fatigue, no aches or pains. Feeling very motivated and surprisingly satisfied. Have had very few cravings and when I'm craving something sweet then I just have a piece of fruit. I have a major sweet tooth so it's a big deal to me that a simple piece of fruit can relieve a craving for high fat, high sugar treats.
