First day on 28 day detox.
No Meat, No dairy, No bread, No Pasta ... it's going to be hard but I have done this before and felt amazing after the 28 days with so much energy and has lost about 15 pounds.
I am making my resolution to stick to this diet and have NO excuses. I must make sure I drink 2 liters of water a day at least, as well.
