Todays lunch: Grilled turkey sandwich, open faced on sourdough bread with smoked Gouda cheese, spinach, and cherry tomatoes. Two stalks of celery and a few extra cherry tomatoes on the side. Glass of water to drink.

Not starting the day off on a very healthy note but that’s ok. I’m having a fried bologna sandwich on some whole wheat bread with some cream cheese and a cup of coffee.
