Still trying to loose 14 kgs to be in a healthy BMI weight range but really finding it so difficult to shifting the weight even though I actively exercise. I realise my diet is the biggest problem as I consum more calories than I burn. In the evening I am quite addicted to TV and find it difficult to get movticated to start to do things like house work, during the summer months I have been cycling for an hour after work as the weather and lighting allows me to do this but as its now autumn and winter coming very soon I will need to substitute this.
