today the start of a new week, happy with my loss the past 10 days. will now be weighing once a week only. The weekend was challenging and yes I did cheat but still saw little weight loss. for me it's in the little that's important, every little adds up to the big grand total. no matter how long this journey I'm going to push through. hope you all have a blessed day and keep pushing forward no matter yesterday, today is a new day, a fresh start.
