Last night I wanted some candy SO bad! I didn't have any in the house and I wasn't going to allow myself to go to the store and get some so I settled for an apple and was surprisingly satisfied. But now I want candy again. I think I'm just going to give in and have some because I know how I am and if I don't have some I will end up freaking out and eating nothing but candy for a week straight! I've been eating so good for weeks and I haven't indulged in anything so this piece of candy will be well deserved :-) Also, it is unrealistic to think I can live the rest of my life without a rare and occasional treat...

Today has started off a little rough. I rushed out the door and forgot my breakfast on the counter. I don't know why it upset me so much but I freaked out a little when I realized I'd have to figure out something else to eat. Luckily I made good choices and was able to get something equal in calories and nutritional value once I got to work.
I also don't think I'll get to work out today. After work I have to go home so the dog can be out for a bit and then get downtown for a concert. I would actually rather work out than go but I bought tickets for a friends birthday so I can't just not go.
