Depression, Thyroid, Non-Insurance
I am very sorry for you, but I am proud that you realized everything by yourself and ask for help. I also experienced such depression, due to a lot of work, obligations, etc. I asked for help too, and some of my friends recommended me to see a therapist from lifestance.com, because going to a specialist helped them to pass over a lot easier some problems. I didn't regret that I listened to them because this helped me too. Yes, it might not be accessible for everyone, but my advice is not to be sorry to pay for your health.
