Today was another great day for me! 30 minutes of good cardio and ate really well today. Also drank 2 liters of water. other than having to pee every 10 minutes i feel really great and productive.

I excersized today! treadmill for 20 minutes and then did 100 crunches! it felt so good...drank 1 liter of water already today. I feel so refreshed. I feel amazing... good cardio always makes you feel like a million bucks.

So today was another cazy stressful day. which means no excersize again!! im so upset. I really wanted to start saturday...oh well, at least i have started eating healthier. I made some spinakopita for my mom today so i had to have a square of that...that was my fun snack. I also drank tons of water today. My body is used to me putting in sugar filled beverages, so its been a nice change. Ive really noticed how much more energy i have by not eating all that fat and sugar all day. gets me in a good mindset. Im planning on jogging tomorrow morning after my daughter goes to school. ill eat a good breakfast and then get my metabolism going for the day.

So i started this site yesterday and i am so excited about it!! I really need some good motivation to reach my goal. Today I was hoping to get started excersizing but those plans changed. So i am starting tomorrow. I am so excited because i bought a new treadmill!! Ive lost weight really well using a good cardio workout in the past, so i am hoping i get the same results. I went grocery shopping today as well. Bought some yogurt and granola for my breakfasts and lots of great lo cal salad stuff for lunches. I also invested in a stainless steel water bottle. im just going to keep it filled all day. I also bought some crystal light packs to add a fun kick to my water from time to time as well. i have to think logically about this. can't just live off water but i dont want to go back to pop so much. im going to limit my pop intake to one can per 2 weeks. Thats a HUGE change from my 3-4 a day. I really think i am in the right mindset. Im so excited!!
