I will admit I haven't been weighing myself regularly. I just bought a WW scale though. I love it. It is just asif I went to weigh in @ WW. I finally decided to get a scale since I have been running at least 2 miles everyday. Thanks to Jamie! He has been a great help. I am hoping that this will only help me burn this fat off sooner. Wish me luck..... :-)

I am determined to get rid of this weight. I am sick of feeling like this. I just can't seem to get myself started BUT I will! I have a few good days and then I get back into my old routine. I can do this! I can do this! I CAN DO THIS!!!
Today I am going to go to the park. I need to walk, run, SOMETHING!
I will get healthy for my daughter, I will! I have had a few rough days BUT it is only a day!
