I go down, I go up. I’m definitely a stress eater, but I’ve cut out a lot of the junk food. Looking at different diets/ways of eating. I think I’m going to have to do a lot of prepping in order to be successful. But I NEED to make these changes for my health and the quality of my life.

I ate dinner really late last night and had a slight gain today. I need to plan better so that my last meal is earlier.

Went to the gym today. Walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes with varying speeds and inclines. This is a major success for me since I have been laid up most of the week! I feel pretty good! Hoping I can get there for a walk tomorrow, too.

I’m starting to figure out what works for my body. It’s a slow process, but tracking it here really helps me to see the patterns. I might be able to do this after all!

Okay, day one on this journey. It’s overwhelming when I look at the big picture (pun intended) so I’m focusing on small steps and healthy habits!
