I think I got my exercise in for the day just walked to my daughters school twice today and back home once in the morn and again this afternoon totaling 3.2 miles and I am pooped. Its a hot florida day today. whew. My daughter, son and I are drinking tall, cold glasses of water right now.

Monday was my first day on Atkins. Did good stuck to the diet so far but on Monday and Tuesday I had the worst headaches of my life. Today has been headache free, thankfully. But I wonder if the headaches were from carb withdrawals? Anyways today has been an easy day, I haven't had the munchies and have not felt like anything is missing. The only issue is when I am making my kids peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, I really want to lick the jelly off my fingers lol. I beat the urge.
