I think I did reasonably well. The first few days I didn't write down so it's difficult to know. I didn't always keep up with my protein but I stayed under calorie and did under 30 for carb at least the last half of the week.

OK, I'm not sure how this works, but here goes. This is my first day. I am following my own plan sort of. It is basically a low-carb high protein approach but with an eye on total calories as I tend to over indulge in whatever I am doing. Moderation is a difficult concept for me.
