I just wanted to add that as soon as I can drop a few pounds,I really hope that my leg and foot get well enough for me to be able to start exercising again. I really want to start back at the gym.

I am so proud of myself, I am so focused on watching my calorie intake that I refuse to screw myself over! I keep telling myself that the only person that I will be cheating on is myself and then I smile and walk away from stuff. I got on the scale this morning and was so pleased with myself that I have to keep going.............

I really went hulla bullu yesterday but I really stuck to my guns today, I even got myself to pass up on going past a McDonald's when I really wanted to stop for a Frappe. Yea me! I expect tomorrow mornings weight in to be better:)
