Yesterday I had found out that swimming pool I go to will be closed all next week due to Good Friday & Easter aka Spring Break. So I had devised a back up plan for an exercise. I chose to re-start my 10K training. Since I have been swimming for the last 7 weeks, I should have not problem with 10K training.

I have been swimming for the last 6 weeks/3 times per week (2 more weeks of 8 week work-out program left). Each work out is 1600-3000 yards (25-35min of fast swimming). At the beginning of the 6 weeks I was size 10 & now I am size 6! I am proud of myself. Honestly, I really have not be eating healthy, just had pushed myself to exercise more efficiently.
