Day 4. Still going. Did Hip Hop Abs this morning. Planning to do Insanity this evening after the kids go to bed. I didn't know that Insanity came out before P90X. The ad for P90X came on at the end of my Insanity dvd. I wonder if Shaun T. makes a cameo appearance. Back on track. I must say that I was a little disappointed when I stepped on the scale on Sunday just to realize that I hadn't lost any weight at all. I have to remind myself, it's not pounds, it's inches and how I feel about myself. I'm tired and sore but I'm so proud of myself for keeping to my goal. I only weigh myself once a week because I don't want to obsess about it. We'll see what happens on Sunday.

I've decided to do Hip Hop Abs in the morning and Insanity in the evening, hoping to boost my results. Because of this I'm thinking that I will have to eventually start increasing my caloric intake to keep up with my body. Still doing well in my other goals (no soda, no fast food, and reading my Bible every day). So that I'm not obsessing over my weight I've decided that I'm only going to weigh myself once a week, on Sunday. Otherwise, I'm just focused on eating better and getting more active.
