Not sure what to put in a journal. For working out today I went for a 3 mile walk with my friend/trainer, and we took our youngest kids in the stroller. Never pushed a 40 lb kid on a walk that long so my whole body if feeling it. Tomorrow I am on to squats, situps, push ups, and fitting in another walk. My goal is to walk the Susan G. Coleman 3 day walk with my bff Karen next year. That is 20 miles a day so I am taking the first steps toward it. Next week I am going back to my running, trying out a bike, and adding weight training.
So far eating not sure if I am doing horrible or not. I guess I will get it figured out as time goes on. I have to stay on top of that mindless eating and the portion sizes of food. I am hoping that I will get the hang of it soon.
