WTH?
I understood when I didnt see movement on the scale Monday. But, if all the calorie burning and calorie counts are correct, I should show
at least
a 1lbs. loss-- even if it is just water wieght.
I have been totally honest about what I have input, and I have worked out 4 times this week-- intensely I might add. ( Well, intense for me anyway)
I am not really doing any weight training, so I feel I wouldn't have gained muscle. I am mainly doing cardio at the moment. WHAT GIVES?
How frustrating!
I hope everyone else is having a great friday, because someone should enjoy it :)

I feel lame today. That is all.
Keeping my eating in check-- though I can tell I want to eat everything in sight.
Workout later for aquacise, hopefully this will be a good one and I will probably do some cardio beforehand.
Being slow at work makes me feel lame- like I am not doing my part.And I don't feel super motivated to get busier at work. It takes money to advertise, and I am maxed out.
Anyway, I hope no one else is feeling lame like me, and if you are, I shall toast you with a smoothie later :)

Weighing today i have a gain of 2lbs. ... this does not make me happy as I have been consistent in working out, and logging my food.
But, my calories were a little high this weekend, so we will go with that is the problem. Just, boo.
I am not going to put it on my chart as I see this being temporary. But, Damn, really?

Edit: I DID drink some wine on Saturday I didn't input-- and it was more than I should have had. So, there it is, that is why my numbers suck today. I am officially on the wagon.

My gym has the coolest thing to do: We can walk a lazy river in the morning. Too fun! I did that today, I am not sure how to calculate calories,and what I have put in for the day seems a little low, but that is ok.
Tomorrow is more Lazy River walking and Water Aerobics- my first class. Nervous/excited-- do I need water shoes?
It is so hot in Louisiana, the idea of cooking breaks my heart. But I shall soldier on, and heat it up.

At my moms today, it was snack city... I realize when I am there I eat constantly. My mom eats constantly. She had bypass surgery 2 years ago, still eats all the time, but weighs less. My calories could have been lower, and I wish I had had a bit more self control, but I am ok with where the numbers landed.
Am I putting things in my mouth to " not say anything at all"? I might be. What am I trying to cover up? Pondering this tonight.
Here is to a better tomorrow with working out and lower calories!
