eating chicken parmesean with mustard greens, turnip greens, collard greens and spinach
eating boiled yams with small pieces of boneless skinless homemade chicken marsala and brocklarab
eating grilled cheese with wheat bread..extra sharp cheese and drinking water or apple cidar

hi again, another day. didnt exercise but walked alot.
for dinner i had cooked grilled salmon, 1/2 boiled yam,
and steamed string beans with steamed mushrooms in butter and red oinions. I drank red jacket apple cidar. deeeelicious. I feel great when i eat healthy. i just wish i could take off more pounds quicker.

drinking lots of water and taking kyolic garlic tab 2x a day, am and pm releases excess water.Keeps u healthy with change of weather.
Cut out pies, cakes, donuts, sweets except peppermint or peice of dark choc when needed. sometimes i can go weeks without and other times i need dark choc every other day.

I have been walking alot. I try to use the stairs often, but not all the time. Im loosing knee fat which helps.
I have been eating brown rice and broccoli for lunch and dinner
I have been eating small portions of chicken for breakfast
I have increased my water intake
I am now commuting out of state so I hope that makes me more active
