high intensity intervals- 9 (50-60 metres uphill; 60 seconds rest)
exams exams exams at the moment..
unfortunately, gym and high intensity will have to give way for the next few weeks, and already feeling smaller after just one week.
april was a good month, with the first time in my life i could see an outline of my top 4.
3000-3200 odd calories a day seem to do the trick as well on gym days..
only time will tell how much damage 3 weeks of red bull, chocolate bars and take aways do.
