didnt weigh in today had a little bit of a messy day eysterday with my eatin gbut not more than 2000 for day. i try to stay between 1400-1600 for the next month until i see how much i tak eoff in this first month
they say it is best to start at more caloires at first then reduce after you hit a plateau for weight loss that will stay off. i am back on track today and i exercised fo r3 hours to help me make up for my day off yesterdya a t adoctors appt for a cortizone shot in my foot and then a much needed rest from the painkiller.
i fell hopeful and i feel better sure i would like to be 20 pounds thinner now but i know this is one day a t atime for life for me to pay attention to my intake and monitor eating healthy meals and planned snacks.
i am excited for th earm weather to come an di even fit into my big jeans which were too tight a few weeks agi, there is hope!
