This will be my first full day at myfatsecret for tracking food and exercise. I liked myfitnesspal, especially the integration with RunKeeper, but so many things about the forums, etc., were getting to me that I really wanted to try something different. Somehow I was feeling a negative vibe when I logged in which I can't really explain that kept me from enjoying my time on the site. So far, I do like that the database here seems more accurate, at least on the surface. I also like that the food tracker will automatically track net carbs, which I do have to be aware of. It DOES seem quieter here, which I suppose could be either a good thing or bad thing, depending on your point of view. I do hope to make a few good friends that I can really get to know here, as opposed to having a TON of friends that I barely interact with in a meaningful way, and where it just starts to feel like another Facebook.

Today for exercise, I plan to keep up with my vow to do some yoga every single day. My muscles are pretty sore from yesterday's routine, so I will probably go with some slower paces restorative work today. I also should take a walk since I haven't done that for a few days due to all the rain and flooding. The weather has been NUTS for the last few days!
