The last three days have been VERY, VERY stressful, and I have definitely NOT being following my eating plan. I really need to turn things around today and stop my current emotional eating binge.

My stepdaughter just graduated tonight! WooHoo! I ate a huge sandwich to celebrate, which took me a little bit over my calories, but I'll deal with it. I am more than a little bit exhausted from all of the painting and cleaning I've done this week, along w/ working and doing graduation related things. I am looking forward to a day of laziness and yoga tomorrow! I was shocked that my weight finally dropped today after a long stall. It will be interesting to see if it goes back up again tomorrow or truly IS gone for good!

I just painted my entire living room. I wish I knew how many calories that whole project burned! HAHA

Well, I ran into my first snag since joining this site yesterday. The android app does NOT work with my Blu Advance 4.0. That is so odd....every other major calorie tracking website has an app for my phone, and this phone is brand new and pretty mainstream. So, I may not be here for long afterall, sadly. I really do need to be able to log my food during the day. *sigh* So disappointing!

This will be my first full day at myfatsecret for tracking food and exercise. I liked myfitnesspal, especially the integration with RunKeeper, but so many things about the forums, etc., were getting to me that I really wanted to try something different. Somehow I was feeling a negative vibe when I logged in which I can't really explain that kept me from enjoying my time on the site. So far, I do like that the database here seems more accurate, at least on the surface. I also like that the food tracker will automatically track net carbs, which I do have to be aware of. It DOES seem quieter here, which I suppose could be either a good thing or bad thing, depending on your point of view. I do hope to make a few good friends that I can really get to know here, as opposed to having a TON of friends that I barely interact with in a meaningful way, and where it just starts to feel like another Facebook.
Today for exercise, I plan to keep up with my vow to do some yoga every single day. My muscles are pretty sore from yesterday's routine, so I will probably go with some slower paces restorative work today. I also should take a walk since I haven't done that for a few days due to all the rain and flooding. The weather has been NUTS for the last few days!
