Feeling pretty good. Excercising regularly and watching what I eat. I must confess that losing just two pounds had helped to motivate me ever further. I hope I can make it.

It soooooo hard to make a lifestyle change hence why they call it a lifestyle change lol. I really want to lose the weight and keep it off but once I get a few pounds within my goal and I start receiving compliments I get complacent. Plus I can fit into my skinny clothes!! I just don't know what to do. Sooooo FRUSTRATED! Everyone else can eat what they want but I will have to eat like this forever just not to gain a freaking pound. Just a little weight loss rant.
