Today was a better day. Had a really good workout right after work. started off with a 2-mile run then followed my lower body curcuit weights and finished with 20 minutes on the eliptical.
I did have a couple cheats today, including cheesecake which was amazing btw. Dieting has always been my downfall, but tomorrow is a new day...

Day one:
50th attempt to control my diet. It seems like food is my number one enemy an the main thing holding me back from the toned body that is my goal.
Lately I have been lacking the motivation to workout. What is usually a daily routine for me has turned into a forced 2to 3 times a week. Not completly sure what is going on, school and work I have noticed are also struggling. Hopefully I will pull out of this soon.
We shall see...
