I am loosely following the Overnight Diet as of last Friday. The magazine I saw it in described it as "High protein, high metabolism." You eat lots of fruits and veggies, grains with two meals, some fats like olive oil, and then one day a week you drink 3 protein, veggie and fruit shakes. I decided to do that two days a week, mondays and fridays. Already I've lost 4+ pounds! Loving it so far. Can't really tell just by looking at myself but especially on the days after the shake-only days I can feel it and have also noticed my clothes getting loose. :D
