Wandering through Kroger today and came across Fat Free Feta Cheese. Checked the nutrition info and it was quite decent but the whole time I'm thinking "This could either be styrofoam or the best thing ever...I'm hoping for door #2". So I ran with it. Nature's Own Sandwich Rounds, Turkey Pepperoni, brought it all back to the office and started assembling it. The cheese was...well....hard. Really difficult to cut. I guess most feta is anyway but this was more so than normal. However I managed and after taking the first bite I was glad I did. It's a little dry mind you, might need a slice of lettuce or some type of dressing/sauce to cut the dryness of bread and feta, but MAN. Amazing.
