okay this is pretty new to me. i really dont know what to do, but i guess ill just put down what i want for my goals. currently i weigh 160lbs, my goal is to get down to 145lbs of lean muscle. im trying to do it with moderate running and weightlifting. the most trouble im having is with "dieting". i try to run and workout before i eat. heard that was a good idea so giving it a shot! im also not eating as much as i usually would so lets see how this thing turns out...
