I am getting back on the Weight Watchers horse and I am determined not to fall off it again. I am having such a hard time keeping track and I have to admit that for the past month to 2 months I have not been tracking points. I am also determined to exercise more then once a week. I am currently reading "Secrets of A Former Fat Girl" and I am completely in love with this book. Excellent book for motivation and a book where you can read it and not feel alone in your weight struggle.

Also have discovered that Pizza, Cookies, and Pop Tarts are not allowed to come into my house until I have gotten the weight off. I have no self control with these foods and I get into a lot of trouble.
