broke even this week. there were too many special events going on with my fianc� on vacation. oh well. i will definitely have a better outcome next week and hope to get some online time with this site. been doing all logging in from my phone.

Now that I have a place to document everything that I consume WOW I can't believe me! I hope my body stays true to my word - meaning that all I need is exercise & not a diet change... we'll see... to be continued...

Yesterday was a guesstimate on what my actual weight is. I went to the gym today & weighed 141.2 with clothes on. YAY!

Hi! Newbie here. I want to lose 25 lbs. I'm getting married in September but over & above everything I want this for myself. Summer is coming & I'd really like to see 15 lbs gone by Memorial Day weekend. I'd like to be motivationally challenged -this is where I need help & I will do the same with anyone who's up for it (female only out of respect for my fiance). I lack this kind of support in my physical life & hope that this site will provide the missing link. I will be honest with my diet (look at what I've eaten so far today..lol). I will keep track of what I eat & try to be conscience about it but I truly believe exercise is what I need & that's where the motivation comes in. LETS GET STARTED!
