not bad on my calorie count. lots of veggies and fruit some protien and a protien shake. I'm full not craving anything. My knee us feeling a bit better.

I was noticing my sodium.intake it says more then what I'm consuming.. but realized when o cant find what I ate I click the closest to it. so my sodium is way lower because I dont eat salt. scared myself for a minute till I realized what I was doing. 😂🤣

going vegetarian.. not by choice. it's not so bad. I've been doing it a week so far. lots of recipes out there.
