Well weight finally stopped dropping but it's completely explainable thanks to TOM so no worries... I'm sure it will get back on track shortly. Have to win the weight loss challenge at work so I can party in Grand Rapids on someone else's money! Woooo!
Very little exercise going on this week, too much studying to do with my 1st CPA exam coming up next Wednesday and a poorly planned Cedar Point trip this Saturday.. what am I going to do!! Stay on track, that's what. Well I might slip up at Cedar Point... it's sort of a ritual that I get those dippin dots. Mmmmmmm.

I'm continued to be amazed by the atkins diet. Down almost another pound. Seems like this should patter out soon right?
My cravings for carb foods are just insane and I keep finding so many foods I can't eat... but today I think I will try and make some alfredo sauce and pour it all over brocolli.. that sounds tasty. I might try Linda's pizza crust recipe too... Currently munching on my muffin in a minute because I was just starving after I had my two fried eggs for breakfast. Easy to make but it sure does have a funny taste... its good but not good. But at least I won't be hungry and it didn't cost me too many carbs.
