yes yes and yes. yes I have been hiding, yes I haven't been tracking much and my 3rd yes was supposed to be, yes I've gained weight. but to my surprise I'm actually 0.5 down. but my tummy looks like I've gained. I guess that's the holiday bloat. mostly breads and rolls, the white flour. hardest part now is getting back on track, but we need to keep on swimming keep on swimming. long way to go b4 we reach the shore.
Just like that another December has come and gone and a brand new year has started. I can safely say that last year was a happy old year. had a baby and lost 17 kgs, walking in to the new year older and I hope, much wiser. here's to hope, I hope this year too wil be a happy new year for all.

so I had absolutely delicious pizza last night after a very long time and I totally forgot I was supposed to be mindful of my cals. when I was almost stuffed I remembered, and I was like wow, what just happened. but for the first time I didn't feel guilty. where as in the past I'd feel so guilty Ithat I'd say flip it I messed up and I'd eat more. yes it doesn't make sense on paper but it's happened and that's caused me to fall off the wagon more than once. this time however I ate I didn't feel guilty I didn't eat again after and I don't feel like giving up. yay for me.
anyone else forget their on a diet and just chow down? and what weird things have u done after a major cheat and u feel guilty?
