I decided that I just was not losing any weight so I thought I needed to watch the calories more. I have decided to try and keep it around 1400 a day. As close to that as possible. Yesterday I did that and this morning I was down. Hope that is an indication that I am on the right track. I didn't starve and I ate well, I was just more careful about the fat and how many calories were in things. Hope this works. I'm sure it will since I know I can lose at 1200 calories but I was starving all the time. It is hard to stay on track while starving. So, live and learn and away we go.
