I had a motorcycle accident had a ligament replaced. Also hurt my back in the job leaving me bed resting for 10yrs. I went from 110 perfectly fit to a whopping 178-180. I barely eat. In all honesty I always disliked food.
I refuse pain meds. Occasionally I walk with a cane and that too I will end! I believe we can heal ourselves and more! May the Journey to be fit begin today on my daughters birthday!
