I haven't started the diet yet. Still trying to get everything ready before i jump in. The thing i am most afraid of is the exercise. I like to do a lot of exercise and it is not recommended on this diet. I am a lond distance cyclist.I will try this diet the fat flush,but i may have to change if i don't have the energy to do my riding.
