I have been poorly following my diet plan.
Last week I jumped back on the weigh loss wagon.
Looking forward to a transformation in 12 weeks.

Deepavali came and went last 2 weeks. I ate a lot and ate at night! I need to start eating less after 7pm. My weight still went down despite my naughty eating habits after deepavali. And now I have only lost 0.4kg. Well, at least I lost it. Thanks to my Shaklee supplements which are keeping me going at my weight loss!
Thank god for Shaklee!!

OVERJOYED!!!!!!
I am today at 79.5kg! another 4kg to go and I will be at my College weight! AWESOME! Losing weight itself is such a big motivation to me right now. It is one of my push factors to see the numbers decrease on the weighing scale! Hoping for the best this december! SWIMMING SUIT! You better be ready for me!!!!

Today I will share about what my diet is like now.
As soon as I wake up:
6 tabs Shaklee Alfalfa
2 tabs Shaklee Sustained release Vita-C
1 tab Shaklee Vitamin E
Breakfast:
Shaklee Cinch Shake - Chocolate flavor with Shaklee Energizing Soy Protein with room temperature water
Lunch:
1 bowl of rice with little gravy
1 bowl of vegetable soup
Dinner:
No rice
Meat/Vege/Pasta soup
Note: Throughout the day, I drink 4L of water.
This is my new diet for the past 6 months and I have lost 6.5kg so far.
My weight before I delivered my second daughter in November 2013 was 103kg and today (yes I just checked this morning with my new weighing scale from Groupon :P) I am 86.6kg! It might be little for some people, but to me? It is fantastic, it is slow but steady. No fluctuation. Looking forward to December, my goal for weight loss this year is to wear a 1 piece swimsuit and look good in it, without all the extra fats hanging out!! 6 months to go, hope i can make it!
I need to think of exercises. I do a lot of housework for now and that is my only chance at a good workout which makes me sweat. I am still contemplating going to the gym, also, I am interested in training for a marathon 5km Fun Run in October. I need to find out how to start as I have never ever run or even jog in my life before. I am only used to walking very fast :D
Let's see how it goes.

Today is 25th June 2014, I bought a new Bayer's scale which has an analyser for BMI, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass and even tells me if I am obese with the input of my age and height.
Will be updating more frequently from now on.
I am now on a new diet as well. Have to update that.
