I am a mother of three kids ages 13, 8 and 3 and my husband who has been battling life threatening medical problems recently. His illness has inspired me to put myself first finally and lose the weight that I have put off since having my daughter 3 years ago.
I have started the Personal Trainer Food diet and I am really excited about it!! I think that I might actually be able to lose the weight this time and keep it off with their eating plan of eliminating sugars and carbs and eating proteins and veggies.
Sugar will be hard to kick but I am motivated to do this!
