I am a mother of three kids ages 13, 8 and 3 and my husband who has been battling life threatening medical problems recently. His illness has inspired me to put myself first finally and lose the weight that I have put off since having my daughter 3 years ago.

I have started the Personal Trainer Food diet and I am really excited about it!! I think that I might actually be able to lose the weight this time and keep it off with their eating plan of eliminating sugars and carbs and eating proteins and veggies.

Sugar will be hard to kick but I am motivated to do this!

Normal to be hungry at start of diet?
Try to focus on less bread and more proteins- meats, eggs, cheese. Then add what veggies you do like. If you are really hungry an apple can be a good snack to hold you over as well. What could it hurt to try?

Normal to be hungry at start of diet?
I have found that it is more about what you eat- eating more proteins and veggies, eggs, cheese and nuts will fill you up more. Getting rid of sugars is really the best way to go.
