I realized today that when I exercise, I get hungrier. When I exercise and eat lean, I get hungrier. This usualyl meanst that the next meal I am going to have, I will binge at.
Anyone out there with any suggestions?

It's frustrating to me that I have actually gained weight. I do not actively exercise, as I am workning full-time and going to school full-time working on my Masters, but I also do not really have time to exercise.
Frustrating. Frustrating. Frustrating.
I'm trying to figure out a way to change this, but I can't.

I need to exercise and i don't have the time. This fat thing is getting on my nerves. it's so frustrating!! I want to lose poundage, but i can't.
