Ate 3 sushi rolls and a serving of sweet and sour chicken. I worked so hard today and I threw it away for food. 😭😂

For 9 days I've been strict with my eating and doing my at home workouts and my 15 minute jump rope every day! I'm new to this exercising AND proper eating, do you give yourself a break for working out or just keep going?! I do plan on doing my 15 minute jump rope every day though.
