Well lost 3 pounds this week. I should be happy,but damn I want it to go faster !!!!!! How is it that I could gain 10 pounds in one week,but only loose 3 when I am being so damn good !!!!! Just a little frustrated. I will get over it. I keep on going. I promised that I would only cheat on my birthday ( June 9 ) and vacations in August. I will not stop until I get to my goal. I'm the most stubborn person. To tell you the truth the angrier I get,The more determined I become . I know I will gain at least 15 pound on my two week vacation, but that can't be avoided. Cruising is the price you pay, but love it.

Well I just lost 4 pounds on my last weight in. I really didn't cheat at all. This diet is getting easier as the weeks go by.
I did try the Green Tea fat burning supplements last week. Now that was a useless,but I am happy to have tried it.
This week I am trying the Green coffee Bean Extract. I will keep posted on that experiment.
This is how I gauge how well these supplement work : On this protien diet you loose between 3.1/2 to 5 pounds in a week ( if you don't cheat )
That being said, If I lose more than 4 pound the week I use the supplement, than everything over that 4 is directly caused by the supplement.
Now you have to factor in the cost of the supplement to see if its really worth it in the end. I will keep you posted on the outcome.
I enjoy trying new things as long as my doctor is informed and without any dangers to my health.

I have been on a full protein diet for the last 2 weeks. its working great !!!! lost 10 pounds, first week 6 and second week 4. It was very hard to follow in the second week. Had two cheats that week. I binged on the 7th day On cheese and almonds that night, but I tried to not go too crazy. Had about 5 ounces of cheddar cheese and 4 hand fulls almonds.The next day went right back to being good. The next cheat 3 days after was very controlled. I had 3 cheddar cheese sticks and 6 thin slices of turkey cold cuts. I am finding this week very easy to follow.No cheats so far.
After my second weight in I decided to try something different. I have added to my diet Green tea fat burning pills. I don't know if that is what is helping me. I really don't have any food urges.I get weight on Tuesdays. I am very curious to see if I have lost more than 4 pounds.
The next thing I want to try is Green coffee pills along with my protein diet after my next weight in to see if the claims to this wonder pills are true.
I will keep you posted on the results.
